1. Agreeing to these terms

By using TopCat Live (the “platform”), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the platform.

2. About $TOPCAT

$TOPCAT is a meme coin with no intrinsic value or expectation of financial return. Not financial advice.

Nothing on the platform, including anything said on a stream, is an offer to sell or a recommendation to buy any token. Crypto prices can drop to zero. Only spend what you can afford to lose.

3. Wallets and tips

You connect your own wallet and you are responsible for keeping it secure. We never ask for or store your private keys or seed phrase. Tips are blockchain transactions: once sent they are final and can't be refunded by us.

20% of every gift and tip sent on the platform is burned automatically and permanently. The streamer receives the remaining 80%. In addition, CatAI, the platform's automated agent, collects the creator fees earned by the $TOPCAT token: 50% is paid out to streamers, 20% is used to buy back $TOPCAT on the open market and burn it, and 30% goes to the project. How that share is divided between streamers is published before each payout.

4. Streamers

Streamers are responsible for what they broadcast and for any taxes on tips they receive. Streams must follow our community guidelines. We may remove streams or accounts that break these terms.

5. Things you must not do

  • Promote scams, rug pulls, phishing links or fake giveaways.
  • Pretend to be another person, project or the TopCat team.
  • Harass, threaten or dox anyone.
  • Stream or post illegal content, or anything you don't have the rights to.

6. No guarantees

The platform is provided “as is”. Streams may go down, chat may lag and features may change. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for losses from using the platform, trading tokens or acting on anything said on a stream.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. If we make a significant change, we'll post it on the platform.
